As someone who experiences anxiety, I created Safe Worthy with the intention of making each of the products easy to use, but difficult to accidentally set off.
The Personal Alarm’s pin needs to be pulled pretty hard in order for the alarm to go off, and the red lever on the Gel Mace must first be turned to the center before it can be used.
That being said, neither of these items should accidentally go off while sitting in your purse or backpack.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
